Aside from receiving only half my order, it all worked out because customer service was fast and responsive. The napkins are high quality and super-absorbant. Love them!
I really like the checkerboard embossed napkin design. They almost seem cloth-like as they are super soft. Overall, the quality seems very good and not at all like the cocktail napkins we normally use. These seem more substantial. I think I read that they are from recycled materials and are biodegradable. Both are good selling points to me.
